tehillim, songs, and sustaining encouragement to learn through the night and walk to the Kotel together for the sunrise.

PROGRAM FOR EVENING:

and Introduction to saying Tehillim
Sharing and saying the Book of Tehillim with Participants
(we hope to read the whole book at least once through the evening.)
We invite you to bring names of people to daven for, either collectively or privately.
11:20 PM –Songs of Tehillim
11:30 PM – Special guest speaker RIVKA SEGAL
Rivka Segal has been teaching Tanach to all ages for over thirty years in Baltimore, Atlanta, Silver Spring and Jerusalem. She was the Director of the Women’s Institute of Torah in Baltimore before making aliyah with her family ten years ago. Currently serves as Program Director of the OU Israel Center and founder/director of L’ayla Women’s Initiative.

Specific Tehillim will be learned and discussed in detail.
Tehillim songs will be sung through out the evening to revive, restore and re-vitalize us.
You are welcome to bring your own Tehillim books- however source sheets will be available.
Refreshments, coffee, tea and at least 5 types of cheesecakes will nourish us in our learning
Together our Tehillim will open the gates on Shavuot night
